• "Authorised Dealer” means a member of INFINITI Turkey’s authorised dealer network in Turkey. “INFINITI Turkey” means the INFINITI Turkey division of Bayraktar Otomotiv ve Servis Hzmetleri A.Ş., with registered address at Boyalı Köşk Sokak. No:4/1 34345 Bebek/ISTANBUL.
• “Cookies” mean a small data files created by our Site that is stored on your computer’s hard drive.
• “Personal Data” means data on any identified natural person using this Site as described in the Turkish Law.
• “Policy” means the INFINITI Turkey Site privacy policy. “Site” means the INFINITI Turkey website

Bayraktar Otomotiv ve Servis Hizmetleri A.Ş. and/or INFINITI Turkey will require your consent any time we collect your Personal Data on this Site.  Your Personal Data will be used for INFINITI Turkey’s business purposes only, which is the marketing of the sale of INFINITI cars and associated products and services.  By sending your Personal Data to INFINITI Turkey, you agree that INFINITI can process your Personal Data for the purposes you provided them. INFINITI Turkey will keep and use your Personal Data (and any other information which it may hold about you from time to time) now and in the future (i) to provide you with the agreed goods and services you requested, (ii) to provide you with information on products and services which may be of interest to you and (iii) for the purposes of conducting market research.

INFINITI Turkey will share your Personal Data with Authorised Dealers in your country of residence and other members of the Bayraktar Otomotiv ve Servis Hizmetleri A.Ş. and INFINITI  group of companies and its Third Party Providers who comply with this Privacy Policy, whether in Turkey or abroad.  By agreeing to this Policy, you understand that the country of the recipient of the transferred Personal Data may not provide a similar, comparable or adequate level of data protection to the one provided by the Turkish Data Protection Law done on October 7, 2016, as they may be amended from time to time.

If you would prefer not to receive electronic communications providing information about products and services from INFINITI Turkey or its Third Party Providers, please inform INFINITI Turkey that you wish to opt out of receiving such information.

In accordance with the Turkish Data Protection Law you may apply to see what Personal Data Bayraktar Otomotiv ve Servis Hizmetleri A.Ş. and/or INFINITI Turkey holds in respect of you. By sending your Personal Data to Bayraktar Otomotiv ve Servis Hizmetleri A.Ş. and/or INFINITI Turkey , you agree that your Personal Data is not confidential to INFINITI Turkey, Authorised Dealers in your country of residence, the Bayraktar Otomotiv ve Servis Hizmetleri A.Ş. and INFINITI  group of companies and its Third Party Providers. Bayraktar Otomotiv ve Servis Hizmetleri A.Ş. and/or INFINITI Turkey will ensure Authorised Dealers in your country of residence, the INFINITI group of companies and its Third Party Providers have the appropriate technical and organization measures to maintain the confidentiality and security of your Personal Data. Only authorized personnel of INFINITI Turkey, Authorised Dealers in your country of residence, the Bayraktar Otomotiv ve Servis Hizmetleri A.Ş. and INFINITI group of companies and Third Party Providers with a duty of confidentiality which persists after the termination of employment may collect, process or access your Personal Data.

Upon your request, if you need to contact INFINITI Turkey for any privacy issues, including without limitation to exercise your rights of information (right of access), correction, blocking, suppression or deletion of your Personal Data or to enquire about the purposes of storage of your Personal or the recipients of your Personal Data, please contact INFINITI Turkey.

The personal information requested from the customer at the time of the Test Drive is essential to Bayraktar Otomotiv ve Servis Hizmetleri A.Ş. and/or INFINITI Turkey for processing the said Test Drive.

This personal information is centralized in a secured data base whose content can be accessed by service providers for exclusive technical reasons guaranteeing the security of the processing as well as the hosting. This personal information can be communicated to companies in Bayraktar Otomotiv ve Servis Hizmetleri A.Ş. , including service subsidiaries and to members of the  Bayraktar Otomotiv ve Servis Hizmetleri A.Ş. and/or INFINITI Turkey  dealer network, in order to supply the customer with a quality service adapted to his/her particular needs (via in particular customer satisfaction surveys, statistical and technical analysis, direct marketing campaigns, mystery shopping campaigns and any eventual recall campaigns) but also to look out for propositions to the customer about commercial offers that are always more beneficial to them. In this context, the personal information of the customer can be transferred to third parties in trade relations with Bayraktar Otomotiv ve Servis Hizmetleri A.Ş. and/or INFINITI Turkey, bound by a confidentiality agreement.
