Servicing and Maintenance

Q: What do I do about having my car serviced, maintained & warranted?

A: You can contact your local INFINITI Authorised Repairer for all servicing, maintenance and warranty repairs.

 

Q: If I have a technical concern or problem with my INFINITI who can I talk to?

A: You can still contact your local INFINITI Authorised Repairer.

 

Q: If I need any spare parts for my INFINITI where can I go?

A: INFINITI original equipment genuine parts can of course be sourced and purchased via your local INFINITI Authorised Repairer.

Removal of INFINITI's Connected Services

Q: Which Connected Services features are affected?

A:
 Since 2018, we’ve made 10 services free of charge for the Q30, QX30, Q50 and Q60. Because of changing technology and regulations, we’re unfortunately unable to continue offering the following features:

  • Call INFINITI Assistance
  • Vehicle Health Report
  • MIL ON Notifications
  • Maintenance Notification
  • InTouch Tracking (with car blockage)
  • Theft & Burglar Notification
  • Remote Horn & Lights
  • Remote door Lock & Unlock
  • Calendar
  • Email synchronisation

Q: Will my current infotainment system be affected?

A:
 Rest assured, we won’t be making any changes to other services and general infotainment. These include:

  • Navigation
  • Service information
  • Bluetooth
  • Combimeter maintenance notification
  • Keyless entry

 

Q: Do I need to do anything?

A:
 The update will be carried out automatically, so won’t require any action on your part.

Financing an INFINITI

Q: How does this affect my finance agreement for my INFINITI?

A: If your finance agreement is with RCI, there is a contractual obligation between the ‘financing entity’ and you, the ‘end customer’, which would mean there is no change to your agreement. This applies to most other financing firms.
